• Conducting all recruitment processes ( candidate research, phone interview, one-to-one interview, reference check and whole customer communication process) for Assistant, Assistant Specialist, Specialist…etc positions • Preparing and publishing job postings in line with customer’s requests as be in touch with customers • Organizing job interviews of candidates with companies and making proposals to suitable candidates according to demand of company • Preparing and reporting of consultant comments to the companies after the one-to-one interviews• Performing weekly reporting processes related to active recruitment processes• Assisting Senior consultants and Region Director in Selection & Placement processes for mid and senior level positions• Conducting all operational processes of candidates till the conclusion of recruitment process (candidate research, phone interview, reference check..etc)• Managing the company’s website and social media channels• Supporting orientation processes for newly recruited employees • Publishing job advertisements through LinkedIn, Kariyer.net…etc• Reporting all informations of candidates and making data entry to Zoho system

• Assisting Senior consultants and Region Director in Selection & Placement processes for mid and senior level positions• Researching suitable candidates for projects• Conducting all operational processes of candidates till the conclusion of recruitment process (candidate research, phone interview, reference check..etc)• Conducting in-depth research and development of innovative resource-finding strategies in the framework of the requested issues (industries, companies, competitors, candidates..etc)• Managing the company’s website and social media channels• Publishing job advertisements through LinkedIn, Kariyer.net…etc• Development of candidate pools and finding methodologies for making easier researching processes to find correct candidates (networking, organizational mapping, complex internet searches ..etc)• Ensuring continuity of communication processes of potential candidates • Ensuring that CVs are prepared in appropriate formats• Ensuring continuity of common registration and file systems• Reporting all informations of candidates and making data entry to Zoho systemAs a Consultant;• Conducting all recruitment processes ( candidate research, phone interview, one-to-one interview, reference check and whole customer communication process) for Assistant, Assistant Specialist, Specialist…etc positions
