    Set up company's Hardware design team from scratch. Management responsibilities included setting up team for RTL, Verification, Custom Design, Physical Design, Board and Package Design, EDA-IT etc.The team was spread in 4 countries. Company needed a very fast processor (10GHz!!!) to achieve its technical goals. Such high speed cannot be achieved with conventional philosophy, methodology, tools, implementation and management styles. Hence, pretty much everything needed to be unconventional. Moreover, everything needed continuous monitoring and adjustments. And - everything needed to be from scratch. It is a rather difficult task to build such unconventional chips but the team delivered successfully.In addition to management responsibilities - I had ample opportunities for hands on technical work. I was fortunate to get chance to work on and/or invent many exciting design philosophies and implementation concepts - particularly in area of high speed digital design. The team demonstrated a 10GHz processor using conventional CMOS process. A processor design is challenging and fun in general - but a 10GHz processor design -- that is a real fun!!!! I left Wave in 2016 to start yet another exciting journey in electrical science - this time for ultra low power .....
