CurrentDanube Group nearly contains 65+ product categories which in turn all these product categories contains about 50K+ Items (SKU’s) across GCC (UAE, OMAN, QATAR, KUWAIT & SAUDI) Regions.A key team player in optimizing the huge inventory of on an average valued at 650M AED by coordinating with the Audit, Warehouse, Branches and Showroom teams.Optimized the ageing stocks by providing the Information through various reports to the management and with the help of the sales & warehouse team abled to reduce the ageing stocks. Managed to control the Excess and Damage stocks from Inventory through my various MIS reports and by providing the information throughout the Sales, Warehouse, production and purchase departments. Analyzed the Big Data that belongs to high volume Inventory, which means on Average of 50K SKU across and break the figures into various reports using advanced MS-EXCEL tool.Inventory control through different strategies and optimized the level of Inventory in the system, which leads to physical Inventory control eventually. Managed the Inventory Documentation in the Inventory Management system by taking over the charge of final approval of the document in the system.
