• Architected an in cloud multi ServiceNow instance solution for a US GOV Entity on the Azure IL5 and IL4 environments to support over 350,000 users around the world and a 9-year retention policy on the data.• Reviewed, consolidated, and modernized over 26 legacy applications and migrated them into the ServiceNow platform as custom apps with integration pieces into existing ServiceNow modules (mostly HR).• Designed and built a custom “Data Sync” application that allows the customer to create business rules, workflows, or change processes that can send data back and forth from multiple ServiceNow instances while still retaining unique sys id’s throughout all ServiceNow instances.
