I am committed to ensuring that our daily operations align seamlessly with the institution’s strategic goals and uphold high standards in higher education.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:• Organizational Sustainability and Budget Management: Managing organizational transitions and ensuring financial health by developing and overseeing budget plans that optimize resource allocation and reduce expenses.• Academic Excellence and Program Development: I lead and support the accreditation of the programs and the integration of student-centered learning initiatives, to enhance the academic experience.• Infrastructure and Technological Enhancements: In collaboration with facilities and academic teams, I oversee strategic infrastructure improvements.• Research and Innovation: I encourage a research and student centric culture by supporting faculty publications and spearheading strategies that promote scholarly collaboration and participation.• Leadership and Human Capital Development: Alongside HR and department leaders, I support initiatives that motivate staff and enhance productivity.• Brand and Community Engagement: I collaborate with student affairs and marketing teams to strengthen the college’s presence through student engagement, impactful CSR activities, well-executed events, and strategic partnerships. Our activation of the Erasmus+ program has significantly expanded opportunities for international exposure.Additionally, I actively participate in committees and working groups that include members from the Quality Assurance Agency, the Higher Education Directorate, and the Ministry of Education. These collaborations address important matters related to higher education and contribute to shaping the sector’s direction.
