Reservoir Engineering job for Total working on a research project dealing with reservoir connectivity compared to fluids geochemistry applied to the biggest Total Angolan Deep Water Reservoir. The aims were to fully analyze reservoir fluid samples coming from different parts of the reservoir using the most recent technology in Chromatography Fluid Analysis, then handle the fluids results using a dedicated Statistics Chemistry software. After that, recreate geochemical fluids groups, integrate all these considerations in the 3D Petrel Model and linked them to the geological environment. Finally, give results on potential reservoir connectivities and compare these observations to the actual reservoir dynamic production context.

Reservoir Engineering Research Project within Schlumberger in view to develop a revolutionary Wireline tool aiming to enhance oil recovery. This project was a highly confidential project requiring high level Schlumberger management approval for accepting a student contribution. The objectives were to compare Rock Drillability VS Rock Properties, then offer a selection of particular rock samples in view to test the correlations between all these parameters and finally do the laboratory tests of this Wireline prototype. When this tool is fully operational, wells’ productivity should increase between 30 to 50%.

Field Engineer training period in Congo for Schlumberger in Wireline Services. In addition to the wireline field job on the rig, an extra project had been completed: the objective was to do the field test of the "Wireline tools TestBox", improve the firmware and give feedback to the R&D developers in Schlumberger Research Center. By being an expert on this tool, I was able to provide training to the Schlumberger Field Engineers on how to use this TestBox.
