Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project• Understand customer and user requirements, their strategies & goals; Describe workflow and high level requirements for IT solutions to support the business processes. • Prepare root cause analysis, impact analysis, and interface analysis to determine a temporary or permanent solution.• Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly and obtain sign-off from stakeholders. • Managing vendor team members and building relation with vendors• Ensure IT delivery according to critical success factor and reporting IT metrics to management and business stakeholders• Communicating with project stakeholder’s time-to-time to discuss and share the project development status, issues, risks and dependencies. • Update the senior management on various activities through presentation, status report and clarity scorecards. Extending post-implementation, maintenance and support. • Involved in preparing Business case, Gap analysis, Stakeholder analysis, SOW, Estimation, project charter, scope identification, and communication plan preparation.• Liaise between Project sponsor, Business team, Functional and Developers throughout the development of implementation lifecycle. • Write requirements specifications clearly, simply, unambiguously and concisely according to standard templates of the organization. • Develop Test Cases and Test Scripts along with Testing Team based on Requirement Specification. Extensively involved in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.• Participate in audit (Sox, SCRP, GAO,PwC) and other compliance activities as assigned and complete action items for mitigation and rectification.
