Prepared documents and briefs for Workers' Compensation hearings, briefs for the Workers' Compensation Board, and briefs before the Oregon Court of Appeals. Prepared documents for conferences with physicians and clients. Primarily worked under the supervision of Spencer Kelly, Betsy Wosko, and Ted Lew.

Working under the supervision of Spencer D. Kelly to assist the City of Drain in re-negotiating public utility pole attachment agreements with telecommunications companies. In this project I was guided by Beth Vargas Duncan of Oregon Municipal Electric Utilities Association (OMEU), and was awarded a Demonstration of Energy and Efficiency Developments (DEED) Student Internship Grant from the American Public Power Association.

Review and edit student assignments, recommend best strategies to approach assignments.

Helped define legal issues presented in appellate briefs in bench memoranda. Researched legal issues for draft opinions.

Assisted Judge Geyer by researching legal issues, including discovery privileges, post-conviction relief, criminal sentencing, and domestic relations. Observed numerous trials.

Managed inventory and personnel, trained new team members, developed customer service strategies and incentives, and coordinated events in partnership with the Clackamas Town Center management and community.
