Currently working here full-time as a Field Technician & IT Specialist dealing directly with X-Ray Machines and the screening software that works with them, called SmartTech™.SmartTech™ allows our clientele to get in touch with our 24/7 Emergency Command Center, in real time, to prevent unnecessary evacuations of office buildings and cargo areas across the world. This is due to our Bomb Technician's fast responses in reviewing suspicious X-Ray Images that are called-in using our software.My position consists of:- Traveling to clients both locally and nationwide to provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 Support.- Providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support for SmartTech™ (network related issues) & Smiths Detection X-Ray Machines via phone to clients nationwide.- Fixing the Internal X-Ray Computers (Mostly Si-Prox & Hi-Trax computers that are Linux-based).- Performing maintenance on Smiths Detection X-Ray machines both locally & nationwide.- Installing Smiths Detection X-Ray Machines for Fortune 500 & Fortune 1000 Corporations both locally & nationwide.- Installing SmartTech™ systems to various different types of X-Ray machines for Fortune 500 Corporations & Major Cargo Areas both locally & nationwide. - Installing and troubleshooting CEIA metal detectors for High-Profile events and Clientele.

- Creating a computer image and imaging and preparing computers to tailor the necessities of user account restrictions.- Deploying hundreds of imaged AIO (all-in-one) computers that contain the SmartTech software on it for our clients worldwide. - Testing and helping improve the SmartTech Security Software that works with client's x-ray machines.-Enforcing security measures on the computers deployed using Carbon Black (Bit9) and Symantec.- Keeping track of inventory using NetSuite by Oracle. - Packing up and shipping delicate equipment to clients worldwide.- Working as a HelpDesk technician to keep track of incidents or I.T. related issues on a weekly basis with U.S. and International clients ranging from hardware, software and basic networking support as well as account unlocks/password resets using Active Directory and our Web Portals.

Transported, installed & maintained Security Checkpoint equipment for high-profile events such as the VMAs, Grammy Awards & others across the five-boroughs of NYC and tri-state area..

Had the opportunity to be a part of the Netflix Exclusive movie, "The Week Of," starring Adam Sandler & Chris Rock as an extra.
