Reporting to the President and seated on the Cabinet, Gwen is responsible for information technology at the college including network, telephony, internet, wireless, educational media, and administrative systems. Developed and manages IT strategic plan, data governance and security programs.Gwen recently “completed” Oracle EPM, ERP and HCM Cloud implementation, and is currently leading Oracle Student Management implementation.

Directs information technology initiatives and strategic alignment supporting nearly 2,500 students, and 400 faculty, and staff. Develops quarterly, annual, and multi-year IT budget encompassing strategic roadmaps, various academic administrative services, machines, and cloud, wireless, internet, server, and storage area networks. Oversees ERP/SIS implementation, system maintenance, and general support.
