About Graham Peck, P.E., Ptoe
I have lived in Baltimore and worked for Whitman, Requardt & Associates as a traffic engineer for 11 years and asset management coordinator for 5 years. Traffic projects include: roadway lighting, signalized intersections, pedestrian safety improvements, roadway signing, and public transportation systems. Since 2018, I've spent most of my time involved with asset management, which has included starting an agency's asset management program and writing its transportation asset management plan.My favorite projects have been the ones that have been most challenging and I'm yet to say no to something new!I have a Professional Engineers' (PE) license as of January, 2016 and have a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certificate received in July, 2016. I also am LEED Green Associate certified. I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2011 with a B.S. degree in civil engineering and from Cornell University in 2012 with an M.Eng. in engineering management. In my free time, I train for long distance running races. It is a goal of mine to finish in the top 100 in all six world marathon majors. Berlin, Boston, Chicago, and New York City down... London and Tokyo to go! Running brings a competitive outlet, and the opportunity to experience transportation systems, technologies, culture, and policies in ways that can't be done in the office.
