Current- Overseeing all areas of Front Office: Front Desk, Valet, Doorman, Bellman, and PBX- Creating curated pre-arrival experiences for VIP guests and groups and elevating their in-house experience- Deescalating sensitive guest issues and high touch guests - Maintaining Rooms Inventory, Payroll processes, Scheduling, and Training/Development SOP’s- Responsible.
