I have represented clients in transactions, disputes and contract matters involving some of the world’s largest computer, software and IT companies, negotiating and working with in-house counsel or outside counsel for the following businesses in the course of serving his clients: Atari, Inc., Dell Inc., Disney Interactive Studios, Inc., Electronic Arts, Inc., Epic Games, Inc., Hewlett-Packard Company and Microsoft Corporation.I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; and a JD degree (cum laude) from Wayne State University where I was as a member of the Wayne Law Review from 1990-1992, and elected a Note and Comment Editor from 1991-1992.I am a member of the State Bar of Michigan (SBM), the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA). I’m also a member of the International Technology Law Association, the SBM Business Law Section, the ABA IT Science & Technology Section, the ABA Business Law Section, the SBM Information Technology Law Section and the ABA Construction Industry Section.
