Currently managing a team of engineers and analysts engaged in maintaining cavern integrity for crude oil storage. Ensures effective implementation of work planning for well workovers and wireline logging, analysis and reporting of cavern inventories, subcontract administration, regulatory compliance and budget requirements. Oversees engineering processes with integration of technical analysis for operational needs and activities. Assigns, directs, and evaluates staff work; and oversees the development and maintenance of staff competence. Familiar with a variety of the concepts, practices, and procedures used to manage underground storage. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
