Here I worked as a part of the upstream process innovation center team. The focus was mammalian cell culture (CHO) to produce monoclonal antibodies. During my time with this group work was done with cell line development and stability studies as well as scale up and work in bioreactors.

• Prepared operating rooms for surgery by cleaning and retrieving necessary equipment• Preformed patient pickup throughout the hospital and delivered to the surgical pre-op area• Maintained surgical supply stock in sub-sterile surgical prep areas of the operating room• Delivered surgical specimens from the operating room to the pathology lab

• Prepared a medical test utilization report by gathering and analyzing information on specialty testing to assess the appropriateness of provider ordered tests• Analyzed stroke patient lab results turnaround time to create a report needed for the hospital's application for certification with the Joint Commission• Calculated turnaround time of lab results from outpatient locations to identify bottlenecks and improve patient care• Operated a LC-MS/MS machine to test urine samples for presence of drugs and their metabolites

• Preformed patient check in using EPIC for the oncology center and provided patients with necessary paperwork• Shadowed doctors, nurses, and physicians' assistants to patient visits
