Main responsibilities of the role:- Provide advice to the sales team as sole financial contact on deals supported whilst escalating specific issues to EMEA and Corporate Finance Director as appropriate. - Shaping and negotiating the financial structure of Outsourcing contracts and of Acquisition/Divestiture initiatives;- Evaluating complex projects performing P&L and cash flow analysis, risk analysis and pricing model. - Attendance to the DXC’s Governance Process as Finance Opinion Provider

Main Responsibilities of the role:• First point of contact for the new business (shaping the structure of a deal, pricing etc.);• Attendance to the Governance Process as Finance Approver of the new business opportunities for the Country for value up to +50M USD;• Finance Lead of specific Italian and European projects, performing P&L/Cash Flow analysis and project evaluation, due diligence activities for Undertaking/Divestiture, contract negotiation.

Key responsibilities: • financial reports reflecting the performance of the period • analysis of business plans for mergers, acquisition and divestiture operations
