At the helm of Strategic Initiatives at Polygence, I worked with partners across marketing, product, and sales to develop a world-class educational platform for K-12 students to do passion projects. I personally developed robust partnerships, enhancing the platform's reach and impact on student mentorship. I publish and present thought leadership prolifically, including 5 data-driven white papers on secondary and post secondary education and dozens strategic articles that quantified the value of our programs, elevated our brand, and drove enrollments. My emotional intelligence--as a humanities PhD, I connect through personal stories--helped me lead Polygence through a period of significant growth as Head of Partnerships.
