• Provide oversight, coordination, and management of the maintenance of the Ballistics Missile Defense System (BMDS) sensors using the Operational Capacity Baseline (OCB) to ensure the current software configuration is the approved baseline• Current duties consist of utilizing the Integrated Scheduling Tool (IST) in support of BMDS operational readiness, asset management, and system configuration scheduling• Daily use of BMDS Scheduled Activity Tool (BSAT), IST, and direct coordination with Combatant Command sensor managers allows real-time coordination and confirmation of scheduled/unscheduled sensor asset maintenance actions and changes in BMDS configuration • Execute and utilize the asset management process to provide oversight of BMDS sensor activities• Employs BMDS Operational Readiness Reporting System (BORRS) to coordinate sensor element maintenance activities and report sensor operational readiness• Reports unscheduled BMDS sensor element failures using BORRS Logistic Reports (LOGREPs) application; information is distributed to global operations centers and organizations• Ensures continuity of operations for mission critical systems scheduled/unscheduled maintenance by coordinating between BMDS sensor assets to adhere to the rule set concept established by United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) regulations• Designed the first-ever training program for Sensor Watch Officers to train new personnel to the same level as other Operations Support Center positions.• Selected as Watch Officer of the Quarter for the third Quarter CY2016• Co-developer of Sensor Watch Officer Continuation Training Program; input formed the foundation for on-going training used to keep Watch Officers current in BMD systems
