Current🔸 Wiring and assembling control cabinets and machinery.🔸 Programming of cobots and safety devices.🔸 Designing, developing and 3D printing lightweight and safe tools/accessories for cobots.🔸 Designing, leading, and implementing automated packaging application with TM cobot on-site (packaging time reduced from 8 hours to 3 hours).🔸 Designing, leading, and implementing automated relay pick&place system with UR cobot on-site (2.3 seconds cycle time achieved with cobot).🔸 Designing an inspection workbench for automobile parts as part of a joint project.🔸 Conducting electrical retrofitting on industrial machines: redesigning electrical schemes and actively participating in wiring and machine assembly.🔸 Leading the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard, and developing user, assembly and training manuals for clients and internal use.🔸 Developing technical documentation essential for CE certification.🔸 Troubleshooting equipment issues, such as program bugs and electromechanical malfunctions due to wiring or component problems.🔸 Participating in technical investigations and proposing innovative solutions and courses of action aligned with engineering standards.
