USDrobotics is a new technology company that is developing hardware (not software) control and power systems for industrial class autonomous air, land, and sea vehicles which plan flight paths and operate without human intervention. Our innovative technology will make commercial drones exponentially safer, more controllable, and more economical than piloted versions. In effect, our systems are autonomous flying robots, which inspired us to combine drone with robotics to coin the term Drobotics. Responsible for a wing of 39 freshmen residents. Responsible for creating, planning, and implementing educational, social, and recreational programs for residents to form a larger community.I also counsel peers on personal, academic, and career concerns.Managed various administrative duties including maintenance requests, incident reports, and room transfers.In addition to the responsibilities above, I enforce and uphold University Policies as situation arise.

Residence Computer Technicians offers a variety of support services for on-campus, Penn State residents' network connections. Technicians assist with network connection applications, support the entering of network connection data, troubleshoot network connectivity problems, install and configure anti-virus and personal firewall programs, provide virus disinfection services, and assist with operating system critical installations and operations.

Provided technical support for the many on campus computer labs, as well as support for both faculty and students on personal electronic devices.

Worked on PCB design and software development, as well as documentation of specialty lighting products and consumer merchandise for themed venues.

Responsible for programming of system firmware upgrades for a Digital Audio player for Themed Entertainment Venues, as well as testing modifications and updating documentation as required. Handled customer questions and support for requested features as well as any problems that occured.
