GP creates integrated communication strategies that connect and deliver organizational goals, reinforce positive workplace culture and shape reputation as an employer of choice. She has led organizations to find relevance with their employees through mergers and acquisitions, leadership transitions, change management and organizational redesigns, culture campaigns and crisis situations, among others. She has shared thought leadership through PRWeek, PRSA, The Publicity Club of Chicago and with C-suite leaders on employee engagement and return-to-office trends. Additionally, she is part of Golin’s Inclusive Communications Leadership Team that leads companies to connect with the profoundly diverse workforce and consumer market and is a leader in internal DEI efforts at Golin. Her diverse experience includes working with Fortune 500 companies, fast-growing businesses and non-profit organizations across industries with multicultural teams in the U.S. and across Asia. GP is a certified Facilitator through Voltage Control. She guides people-focused and goal-oriented experiences to help teams supercharge their impact through workshops, team building gatherings, structured brainstorms and focus groups. Outside office hours, GP volunteers in environmental conservation efforts as a Master Naturalist, a program by the University of Illinois Extension, and with the Forest Preserve District of Cook County. Leveraging her corporate DEI skills and lived experiences, she served on the Diversify Master Naturalist Advisory Committee and helped guide the creation of a new DEI chapter in the program's main education manual to embed a more inclusive lens when learning about Illinois' natural history and current conservation efforts. In the past, she's contributed to nonprofit organizations in the education, food, children's welfare, and humanitarian sectors in various capacities.
