Manage medium to large sized complex KPI projects associated with Enterprise Applications, Process Automation, Digital Transformation and Cloud Computing using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Prepare product roadmap and develop project charter, detailed project plan, project scope and objectives.Lead Business Process Reengineering exercises to gauge the readiness of the process and gauge its impact with process performance metrics like an efficiency improvement and/or reducing cost.Address root cause and seek continuous process improvements on various automated processes.
