A non-profit organization that focuses on helping other individuals and families improve their current situation. We provide food assistance, financial literacy education, homebuyer education, and counseling to support those in need on their journey towards financial stability. We also offer programs and services related to self-improvement, wellness, conservation and agriculture. We work with our clients to develop important life skills and help them strive to achieve their full potential.

I have worked in fine dining restaurants for over 20 years. After working for myself as the CEO of my BBQ company, I realized that I get much more satisfaction from empowering a team to solve problems preemptively than directly solving problems of the clients. I realized that I was not using all my talents to their fullest capability, and I am looking for a new set of challenges in positions of leadership. I learned that I have a passion for starting companies, building them on solid foundations of people, products, and goal parameters, and I am looking to bring my unique skillset, which include unique physical attributes as well as a superb grasp of communication, to help grow a company from the top down. Either in an executive role that will allow me to be the generator of ideas, or an operational role that will allow my to build the production machine, I am an asset to your vision and destination.

Brine, Smoke, Sauce! DCQue is a barbecue restaurant that specializes in DC Style barbecue, DC Style barbecue sauce (vinegar based, no ketchup!), and a mix of classic (mac and cheese, cole slaw, cornbread) and creative sides (smoked salsa, hot/cold smoked potato salad, homemade chili). We smoke pork shoulder, chicken thighs, and whole brisket...but if it's your first time with us, don't overthink it, just get the ribs!Everything is cookedby Pitmaster G, with love and patience, and that is why you can't get our flavor anywhere else!For those interested in cooking barbecue in the DC Style, a cook book and cooking classes are in the works!
