I have around six years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and Security Operations Center (SOC) operations for the past four years.In my current role, I have gained extensive experience working with SIEM tools such as QRadar, where I manage the successful resolution of security incidents within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). My responsibilities include overseeing incident escalation, communication, and the management of open incidents and service requests. I take pride in my ability to coordinate with on-call teams and Threat Intelligence analysts to address complex threat-related issues effectively.One of my key achievements has been significantly reducing phishing incidents targeting various regions through diligent monitoring and the implementation of robust controls. I also conduct daily checks on malicious Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) and actively monitor social media for potential security breaches, ensuring a proactive approach to emerging threats.I have a strong track record in preparing and delivering insightful reports to business stakeholders, showcasing trends and incidents to inform strategic decisions.
