I was also part of the Sustaining and Support Engineering Team to provide support to Premium Customers in the product, performance, and building on-demand reporting features using BI tools as needed. As part of the Support Team, I built Bug Reference Tool which became as the base model of how to deliver fixes relevant to the issue instead of the complete software package.
