I'm currently working on the following:* Kubernetes Cluster management* Extensible workflows and pipelines to deploy team-built applications to the Cluster* Extensible Terraform workflows for any deployment environment* Migration of all Heroku applications to the Cluster* Extensible workflows and pipelines to deploy OSS applications to the Cluster* Standardize and create golden templates of AWS resources* Build CLI tools to simplify everyday infrastructure operations* Build services that can add infrastructure intelligence - like, IaaC drift checks, etc.* Build integrations using Zapier and SNS to streamline the SRE process* Build processes and tools to simplify the left-shift culture* Implementing security practices and strategies to eliminate using AWS Key IDs across the ecosystem.* Standardize workflows in how AWS TF resources are managed and deployed* Create documentation, presentation, and videos to spread the knowledge.* Demo and discuss the architectural proposals in tech steering committees.* Work closely with the Engineering team to support and build scalable Architecture designs.* Build SCIM Integrations* Build Hybrid Visitors Management and Connect products* Build and manage scalable notifications products* SRE and Security lead whenever the need arises

• Designing technology solutions, overseeing development and implementation of programs, providing technical leadership and support to software development teams• Communicate system requirements to software development teams, evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware, and suggest integration methods• Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure; address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions; monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals• Work with the Product Managers, Pre-Sales, Post Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Research and Development, Cloud Operations, and Global Services Team to build and develop quality Product Features.• Publish coding guidelines, implement best coding practices, develop and implement tools.• Work with the Cloud Operations Team and Products R&D to migrate the existing Application to Kubernetes Cluster, choosing the right Deployment Strategy, and Services; implementing Linux hardening, Container & Kubernetes Security; setup Configuration Model; securing the application; log aggregation and monitoring services; along with Storage provisioners, etc.• Build microservices (event-driven) using Spring Boot or Micronaut in Java, Groovy, with databases like Oracle, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch; also with Queuing services like ApacheMQ.• Work with Build and Release Team to create Pipelines, CI/CD workflows to automate the release of the Product and reach the market on-time.• Choose the right third-party tools to automate the R&D and Cloud Operations including –vulnerability scanners, cluster deployment and management, CI/CD integration, etc. • Break the existing monolithic features in the Product and build highly scalable, available, and reliable microservices (including event-driven).• Implement Cloud Functions for the future Products

Responsible to translate the Product Manager and Customer Requirements into design, or re-design, develop, build, unit test, integration test, system test, and implement Retail Merchandising System. I was also part of the Sustaining and Support Engineering Team to provide support to Premium Customers in the product, performance, and building on-demand reporting features using BI tools as needed. As part of the Support Team, I built Bug Reference Tool which became as the base model of how to deliver fixes relevant to the issue instead of the complete software package.

Responsible to translate the Product Manager and Customer Requirements into design, or re-design, develop, build, unit test, integration test, system test, and implement Telecom Operations Support System. I was responsible to build integration between Telcos to support wireless number portability of a user. I was also responsible to provide support to Customer, work closely with the Customer base to assess and analyze their requirements and translate them to technical recommendations to the Engineering Team to develop and build relevant solution.

Responsible to translate the Product Manager and Customer Requirements into design, or re-design, develop, build, unit test, integration test, system test, and implement complex non-residential banking application. I was also responsible to provide support to Customer and share my experience with the team, and demonstrate the core capabilities of the application when needed. I was part of the night and day support activities during banking end-of-day, end-of-month, end-of-quarter, and end-of-year job rubs.
