As a Head of Data and Analytics for all commercial lines business segments at Westfield, I was directly accountable for developing and operationalizing Data and Analytics Vision, Strategy, Operating Model, and Multi-Year Roadmap to enable targeted operating model and provided significant standardization of Process, Data and Technology while reporting into the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer. I was part of the core leadership team that led and successfully executed a multi-year business transformation strategy for Commercial Lines at Westfield.Built a Consumption Based Data Strategy to develop an Integrated Data Ecosystem to empower users with actionable data and insights by embedding Intelligence and intelligent automation in a Guided Self-Service Experience using AI/ML and RPA.Actively participated in development of Competitive Business Strategies for all business segments across commercial lines with the Executive Leadership and also developed targeted capability strategies to bring the competitive business strategies to life. Ensured Data to be a key component of the overall business strategy eliminating redundancy, simplifying architecture, optimizing expenses while empowering customers, employees and distribution partners at the point of sale or service to enable profitable growth. Led numerous engagements with business partners representing Westfield for data or platform integrations, and business development initiatives with brokers and other distribution partners.

I was directly accountable for setting up the vision, strategy and a multi-year roadmap for AI, ML, Predictive Analytics capabilities.

The Business Insurance Operating Model strategy has provided significant standardization of Process, Data and Technology. Built a high performing analytics team by hiring,mentoring, & coaching of 10 -12 top Data Science talent to execute and deliver world class digital analytics solutions to monitor customer behavior and platform effectiveness using technologies like Phython, R, Qlikview, and Big Data / Hadoop.
