I am also involved in the planning and development of master plans and critical routes for cultural infrastructure projects across the country. Additionally, I coordinate the Secretary's appearances before the Senate of the Republic and the Chamber of Deputies. Furthermore, I lead the project called the 'Incident Registration and Monitoring System,' a software designed to generate business intelligence on transportation incidents in Mexico, using SCRUM methodology. This project successfully implemented the first software that unifies and analyzes this information nationwide, allowing its users to develop decision making based on data with their own specific needs and reducing time spent in report making by 75%.
