Since I was hired as a Career Technical Education (ROP) teacher in 2005, I've been taking what I've learned in my successful web design business and bringing it into my classroom. The result of exposing my students to this "real-world" experience is a richer learning environment, more meaningful teaching and a lasting skill set. My students appreciate the fact that what they are learning is immediately applicable in the current job market.
