The inception of Global Assistance stemmed from the vision of promoting workplace equality for women. A central goal I strive for is the ability to manage the demands of work and family without succumbing to burnout or the accompanying guilt often experienced by working mothers.I hold a deep passion for supporting young girls as they journey through life, guiding them in understanding their emotions and fostering their self-esteem. My commitment to this cause is evident in my previous volunteer work at the Salvation Army, where I mentored and coached girls aged 5-17. Additionally, I co-host the annual "Beautifully Me tea party" in New Orleans, providing a safe space for girls grappling with trauma and self-esteem challenges.
