On a club level, I manage each member’s files with transaction listings and as well as any concerns a member has. It is my responsibility to also welcome new prospects and deal with corporate accounts. I am often recognized by my peers, partners and managers for my ability to problem solve, retain clients and for effective time management.

I was responsible for the overall function and health and safety of the facility, members and associates. While here, I was able to increase revenue by 35% overall. My location held the top spot in the company for several months and has been recognized as one of the top profitable women’s club in the company. We have won awards as number 1 Top Client Service in the region. I have developed 3 trainers to be in the Top 120 hour club for the company. I have changed the personal training department culture. I was also responsible in interviewing and hiring candidates.

I was one of the top Personal Trainers in the Region with sales of $15,000 consistently. Renewal ratio of 100% due to results of clients and how much I have impact their lives positively. My colleagues and clients have recognized me as a good team leader and have always influenced them to be the best that they can be.

I was responsible for making this club profitable after many years of transition. As a fitness manager in this location, I have increased personal training sales, on a monthly basis we average between $40,000 $55,000 sales. Above and beyond our monthly club goal. Have improved members induction by over 50%. This resulted in the reversal of the club’s revenue loss. I have developed 1 Fitness Manager and 1 Assistant Fitness Manager. I have developed a team of trainers that loved being in the club and influencing others take care of their health. I also interviewed and hired candidates for my location. My club has always been in the top 3 in the Region.
