- Overall leading the training team to deliver training and coaching to BMW dealers, incl. training strategy and planning, content design and development, training delivery, training event management, budget management, training operation and implementation, vendor management and etc. Training topics are business oriented, incl. but not limited to F&I certification training, dealer management level training, dealer sales staff training, financial product and policy training, soft skills training and etc. Responsible for smooth implementation and continuous improvement, incl. related evaluation and KPI setting.- Dealer HR management for dealer staff retention and dealer relationship improvement, incl. building up the competency model and assessment process for F&I, career development program, qualification and certification program for F&I in dealer organizations and national level financial services competition, etc. - Training digitization, continuous training format transformation, successfully developed and implemented interactive courses via training APP and live broadcasting courses.

- Overall management of national MINI brand planning and operation topics including volume planning, sales region steering, sales measures / promotion program development, cost of retail budget management, market analysis and reporting. Realized more than 10 times sales volume increase.- Defined the strategic sales direction and sales action plans of MINI products for target achievement with close cooperation with relevant functions including product and price team, marketing and etc.- Online sales strategy and implementation (2014 & 2017), incl. MINI owned platform and 3rd party platform (Tmall, Autohome and etc.) online sales strategy, marketing communication, operation management, business model development, and etc.- Developed MINI whole year business plan and policies, and responsible for MINI dealer KPI steering.- Led cross function projects (marketing, PR, training, and etc.), MINI Reloaded project manager.- Coordinated MINI topics to ensure the consistency of MINI strategy, policy and direction. - Developed operational processes for individual projects and ensure implementation of the project.
