Having excellent communication skill has allowed me to collate information about patient transferred to the ward from out of area, patients leaving the ward for day treatment including dialysis and radiotherapy as well as handing over patients to rehabilitation hospitals. Working alongside occupational and speech therapists to help treat and rehabilitate patients following a stroke including dyspraxia, hemianopia, increased tone, altered body schema amongst others.
