I have six years of direct patient care experience working alongside physicians in an Orthopedic setting. I not only learned how to care for patients, but how to take care of administrative duties of the clinic as well. I have been a part of a safety team responsible for responding to and documenting emergencies within the clinic that I was asked to join after only a few months on site. I am comfortable managing projects, using critical thinking to handle situations, charting and using various computer programs and EMR programs, starting and completing prior authorizations with various insurance companies, handling insurance claims and denials, and completing data entry. I also have many years of customer service experience. I also have over one year of financial experience working as an Associate Banker where I handled many projects and tasks. I also assisted in ensuring our branch was upheld to the highest standards of compliance and operations.
