As an independent and objective individualist, I prefer a proximity type working style and favor organization and consistency. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, I provide expertise in data analytics on a smaller scale and am highly skilled in report writing, considered a "unicorn" with a unique blend of skills including complex reporting, dashboard buildout and showcasing data with an eye for aesthetics and appropriate visual design. I prioritize automation and posses of fleet of scheduled reports which flow to various lines of business on a monthly/weekly schedule. I sit as the primary contact for report requests and provide data to leadership to aide in, and encourage data driven decision making, offering a competitive advantage to drive organizational excellence. I administer technical support & maintenance in all areas of our HRIS system (ADP WFN) and timekeeping system (ADP WFN Enhanced Time) while additionally maintaining and mapping the General Ledger for multiple company codes. I work closely with several vendors in maintaining AES automation of reports and act as a primary operative during integration, functioning as an integration specialist. I am currently pursuing the Google Data Analytics Certification and exploring certifications for visual design and marketing.
