About Grace Brenner
Hello! My name is Grace Brenner and I am currently a senior at Indiana University studying Nonprofit Management and Leadership through the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. I also have minors in Human Resource Management and Social Welfare Advocacy. On campus, I am grateful to be involved with Indiana University Dance Marathon and Students for Equity in Public Affairs, both of which have given me space to evolve as a leader and a student, and have sharpened my abilities to create and communicate. Outside of IU, my work and volunteer experiences have grown my passions for advocacy, nonprofit development, human resources, and marketing. While working at the intersection of development, creativity, and social justice is what excites me, I am an avid learner for topics outside of those areas, such as math, writing, and self-betterment. I hope to enact change around me through organization, programming, and design, and feel passionate about making a difference in my community. Utilizing my skills in leadership and high achievement, I am better equipped to motivate others to rally for a cause, inspire service and altruism in my field, and make a tangible difference through consistent work. The place in which creativity and determination meet is what helps me to achieve every goal set while still producing innovative solutions. Most importantly, however, is the motivation I feel from working with passionate people and working for passionate people. Be it the people I serve or the people I lead, I am driven by an atmosphere of positivity, empathy, and willpower and I strive to be the embodiment of these characteristics in every aspect of my work.
