With a bachelor's degree in criminology from the University of Brighton, I am a case administrator at HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS), where I support the delivery of justice and rehabilitation services for offenders and victims. I manage case files, prepare reports, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. In this role, I have developed strong problem solving and communication skills, handling complex and sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.I am passionate about promoting neurodiversity in the workplace, and I have participated in several initiatives and events to raise awareness and advocate for inclusion. I am also a former crew trainer at McDonald's, where I mentored new starters and helped them adapt to the work environment. This experience has enhanced my teamwork and leadership skills, and prepared me for my long-term goal of becoming a probation officer. I am eager to learn from others and contribute to the mission of HMPPS.
