Screens and evaluates applications for representation by the Korey Wise Innocence Project. Myself and another student, under staff guidance, conduct an in depth analysis of applications to inform staff attorneys if the Innocence Project can take the case.

The Juvenile Parole Project is a collaborative effort between the Seattle Clemency Project and the UW LSJ department. I worked with a pro bono attorney to prepare and represent an individual's petition for parole before Washington State's Indeterminate Sentencing Review Board.

Developed lesson plans tailored to each skill level present on team; enhanced speaking and research skills and provided advanced coaching for select tournaments. EPS is now a very competitive team in the Washington circuit.

Led a team of 5 fellow UW students to develop and implement a preschool curriculum focused on equity, justice, and socio-emotional development. My team and I worked in bilingual classrooms in Seattle's International District and White Center.

Gained hands-on experience in local politics and community involvement through leading phone banking sessions, fundraising events, and promoting Sarah Rumbaugh's campaign in the Pierce County area.
