As an office manager of a cultivation I wear a lot of different hats. I handle inventory ordering for everything in the building, keep everything in compliance with the state of Ohio, schedule interviews, new hire paperwork/separation paperwork, finding and bringing on new vendors as needed, make all work orders and deliveries, and many other duties.

I started at the botanist as a dispensary agent where I was able to educate myself and share my insights with patients to guide them to which products would help best. About 5 months into being employed there I was offered a position as a lead dispensing agent where I was responsible for opening/closing procedures, cash handling, incoming inventory deliveries, stocking day storage, returns, handling destruction of broken products, and many other retail duties.

At logicom I started out as tier one technical support where I worked with fiber internet, phone, and tv customers to trouble shoot their networks and if I was unable to resolve the tickets, they would be escalated to tier two. After a few months, I was promoted to implementation specialist over the managed services business VoIP installations. In this role I was responsible for contacting the business owners to schedule a site walk and a discovery call. From there I would schedule a technician to do a site walk and give me their findings before the discovery call. On the discovery call I would let the customers know if any cable runs were required before installation and would discuss what the customers need programmed on the phones and if they need ring groups, etc. we would then schedule the installation, order needed equipment and schedule with the technician. At that time, we only have one team and worked on many open projects at a time.

At the American Legion, I volunteer to help for events when they need it. Most of the time I am helping in the kitchen, whether it be cooking or cleaning. Sometimes I am responsible for taking out orders as well.
