Volunteer Coordinator• Manage, schedule, and build relationships with our volunteers. • Use Timecounts to create an up to date volunteer website and schedule. Communications and Marketing• Maintain all online content, including our website via Wordpress and our social media channels.• Support in designing brochures, newsletters, flyers, and graphics. Development and Gift Processing • Keep the most up to date donations in our database, Little Green Light. •Record notes, contact reports, outgoing and incoming mail, appeals, proposals, and communications. Events•Assist in planning major events such as Gala, Annual Meeting, Brunch and Learn, and toy/food drives. • Support with data entry, auction items, and donor outreach for annual Gala and other events. • Keep up to date information on social media platforms and website in regard to upcoming events.
