Managing 125 students and their multiple clinical placements across three programs (PMHNP Post Masters Cert, PMHNP DNP, HOL) insuring students were placed in their clinical rotation in a timely manner so they may graduate on time and stay on track with their plan of study Met with students to problem solve and gain an understanding of their clinical needs and clinical placement wishes Aided students in outreach to connect the students to sites and preceptors Held multiple meetings with cohorts or individual students to ease any stress or concerns the students may have at the beginning or during their clinical rotation Working with my team to create SOP to make the placement process easier for all involvedTook Lead with the new software and built the software from the front end, met with Developers for the clinical placement teams new tracking softwareTook on project manager role – software was empty when it was launched, I spent hours building the software on the front end, creating the courses and uploading, inviting faculty and students. Faculty and staff would come to me first as I was navigating this new software with questions related to evaluations/notifications/time log issues/ request problems/ why they can’t view placements/Used my expertise to help the contracts team come up with a process for uploading contacts/creating sites Each week, I presented the platform process to the clinical placements team during weekly huddles, provided tips and tricks and overall “how to’s” for the new system I came up with SOP for approving requests Had multiple meetings with developers regarding bugs, issues, enhancements, questions about features
