• Provide exceptional administrative, clerical and event support to catering events and operations management• Create event proposals, floor plans, contracts, orders, and event timelines for vendors and event management• Prepare, plan, research, organize and edit weekly menus for clients to ensure allergens and food requests are included• Execute effective and clear client correspondence as a part of project management tasks to ensure smooth event operations• Assist with setup and event execution including marketing and advertising preparations, market research, corporate communications and direct mail• Screen resumes for new employees, track benefit eligibility, monitor job postings, and update employee handbook

• Provide great customer service to each and every customer • Develop best practices to achieve department goals• Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with merchandise• Quarterly inventory and merchandise stocking• Execute a successful Wedding Registry Event from start to finish• Contact vendors for attendance

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs • Compute sales prices, total purchases, receive and process cash or credit payment • Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales
