The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) is one of Australia's largest venues and event management organisation. The RAS plays an influential role within the community through a wide range of educational, cultural, charitable, environmental and social programs delivered through various arms of the business.The contract role I hold within the RAS sits within the Agricultural Development team and is mainly focused around the production of the schools program at the Sydney Royal Easter Show (SRES) and assisting with the delivery of Youth initiative events, including Catch up at the Royal, Young Farmer Challenge and Agribuzz. Undertaken multiple year round educational events, such as Primary Farm Days, Youth Eco Summit (YES) and Teacher Professional Development. - Liaising with clients and contractors.- Preparing agendas and Minute taking for internal and external meetings, including weekly team meetings and monthly council meetings.- Coordinating the Sydney Royal Easter Show parking, entry and ticketing for the teams' exhibitors and contractors.- Assisting with the administration coordination of the Sydney Royal Easter Show Schools Program ticketing.- Develop and administrate registration system in Event Business Management System (EBMS) for Catch up at the Royal, Teacher Professional Development night/day, Primary Farm Days and Youth Eco Summit. - Assist with the organisation and delivery of year round education initiatives.- Managing updates to the RAS website for the education team.- Maintain an up to date filing system.- Generate purchase orders.- Creating content for electronic direct mail (EDM).
