Key Achievements:(1) Sales and Profit Analysis and Forecast ReportsI worked closely with the CFO to analyze interim sales and profit figures and prepared forecast report for management. Reports were used by management to evaluate the financial health of the group, company and individual outlet for budgeting and operational decisions.(2) Automated Manual Excel Reporting Using VBASales and Profit Reports: Reduced time taken by the CFO to compile these reports from 2 weeks to 20 minutes.Bank Reconciliation: Reduced process to a single click of a button. Presented the automated system in a department meeting.
