I am motivated by the idea that any one thing I could accomplish will significantly impact another person's life. This leads me to take great care in all of my efforts in order to have the most benefit on the greatest number of people. While I am skilled in leadership positions, I also excel in teamwork, communication, research, and technical writing. I am proficient in Microsoft programs, including Excel, as well as all Google applications and many CRMs, including Monday.com and Hubspot. I have written and received approximately $500,000 in REAP Grant awards, and was awarded $296,000 in the REAP TAG award from the Virginia Rural Development department of the USDA. I am well-versed on residential, commercial, and industrial solar, as well as all ongoing and upcoming rebates, tax credits, and federal grant opportunities regarding solar and energy efficiency. I am always interested in learning something new, and am excited for any opportunity to grow.
