Grassroots-NGO aimed at uplifting the lives of women in the Kgalagadi District with focus on the uneducated and unhoused teen mothers. Established brick-and-mortar location, provided academic programs for primary and secondary schools, and developed international aid organization partnerships.

Under Dr. Joyce Adams, I research and develop educational programs for Savana Signatures in Norther Ghana to improve maternal life expectancy. Conducted interviews of women concerning current birthing practices. Performed statistical, qualitative, and quantitative analysis of findings. Created and implemented yearlong post-partum education program to improve physical and mental health for over 100 women. This program has been endorsed by the Ghana Ministry of Health.

Aided in the research and development of National Surgical and Obstetric Plans for Ecuador. Lobbied for program finances from US Congress and World Bank. Worked with Ecuador’s Ambassador and Vice President to coordinate implementation and funding. Designed models that were presented at the United Nations General Assembly and Pan-American Health Organization to encourage similar healthcare programs in other nations.

Represented over 2,000 College of Science students. Researched and implemented new core curriculum. Interviewed and vetted new teaching professors, researchers, and university leadership
