Personal responsible for improving the quality assurance and consistency of programme and project documentation.I maintain project/programme documentation in accordance with Project Execution Plans.I provide accurate and timely necessary documentation for project/programme meetings and attend the meetings recording meeting minutes.Logging and updating risk registers, issue registers, trend registers & actions registers as required.Quality assurance of project/programme files to ensure consistency. Carry out regular internal reviews/audits of the project/programme files to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and approved.Support project planners and site engineers in the smooth running of day-to-day activities.Creating and presenting project/programme related information in the form of presentations, posters and signage for a wide variety of audiences.Assist project & programme managers in producing and compiling the documentation in preparation for gate reviews, project reviews, audits, WI-14 reviews, subcontract meetings and safety tours.To challenge current practice, seeking to continuously improve delivery and service Support project optioneering, and other, workshops.Support the cost engineer by day to day monitoring of quotations, commitments and ACWP and to process purchase requisitions.Comply with the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies, procedures, work instructions and risk assessments. Support the continuous improvement of Health, Safety Environment and Quality on Site.I undertake emergency scheme duties.
