Senior GeologistResponsibilities included:- Managing multiple, diverse and long term prospecting projects- Data sourcing, inventory, digitization, interpretation and reporting on results of data analysis- Geological database design, develop, QA and maintenance- Innovating and implementing strategies to add value to exploration projects, mostly through interpretation of historical data and combining old data with new technology- Field mapping, sampling and drill core logging- Geological modelling based on historical drilling, mining and geological mapping data (Leapfrog)- Resource estimation experience (Datamine) under supervision of the competent person- Continuous client interaction and international representation at mining industry conferences (Mining Indaba and Africa Down Under)- Compliance reporting and liaison with the Department of Mineral Resources on behalf of exploration and mining companies- Yearly compliance site inspections- Generation, submission and manager of mining and prospecting right applications on behalf of clientsJunior GeologistResponsibilities included:- Prospecting right applications, compliance reporting and liaison with the Department of Mineral Resources- Desktop studies fro various commodities- Historical mining and exploration data inventory, digitisation and interpretation
