Techstars Farm to Fork Accelerator is the first Techstars program focused on the future of food and agriculture. As Operations Associate, I worked directly with the Program Director to facilitate a high-value accelerator program. I also supported the 11 startup founders participating in the program to solve current business needs and help them grow and scale their solutions.

KitchenTown is a food business incubator that helps develop, commercialize, launch, and scale impact-driven food products. As the head of our partnerships program, I facilitated strategic partnership opportunities for corporate strategy/investment teams and global startups changing our food system from the ground up. I co-designed and executed the marketing, recruitment, and selection process of Good Food Makers, an accelerator program in partnership with Barilla.

As a Clinical Research Assistant my main duties included recruiting, phone screening, and interviewing participants for the clinical trial. I was also responsible for data collection, entry, and preliminary analysis. I coordinated and ran office visits with participants including recording detailed behaviors, running modules, checking study drug adherence, and accompanying participants for phlebotomy visits and physical examinations. Other duties included blood sample processing and shipment.
