My Duties:• Control room: o Operations and monitoring using SCADA operating systems.o Supervising patrollers with daily duties.o Reporting technical faults and daily occurrences. o Daily and weekly maintenance checks.o Liaising with emergency services and any relevant authorities regarding planned and unplanned incidents.• Toll control room:o Supervising staff with their daily duties.o Validating shift reports.o Balancing and checking.o Shift management.o Liaising with other departments and implementing actions and procedures.o Professional, discrete and service-minded communication with customers and co-workers in all modes: telephone, email, text or in person.• Motorway traffic control:o Proactive Management and reporting of Incidents as and when they happen.o Responding to planned events.o Call handling from MMaRC and all Emergency Roadside telephones (ERT’s) nationwide.o Monitoring “The Intelligent Traffic Systems” on the Countries National Road Network.• Cash Office:o Counting and balancing toll and ACM cash.o Preparing lodgements.o Financial reporting. o Issuing bills.
