Drive and support a variety of events and activities which help foster an inclusive,cohesive, fun and learning-oriented culture at Akouos (DEI/ Fun Committee, grouplunches, teambuilding events, happy hours, learning and development offerings, etc.)-Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives as directed- Assist HR with interview scheduling, coordination and onboarding/ Offboarding.-Oversee candidate onsite experience by being point of contact including parking and officelogistics.- Partner with HR in the planning and coordinating of company-wide activities and offsiteevents.- Manage and coordinate weekly catering requests for lunches and office events.- Responsible for delivering mail and receiving deliveries.- Maintain company calendar of events, trainings, and holidays.- Support facilities with ordering kitchen supplies, stocking cabinets and fridge.- Handle and field employee requests.- Work with the Executive Assistants and HR on additional tasks and projects as needed.

• Annotate Marketing publications following the Subpart H guidelines • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency• Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office• Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system• Assist in vendor relationship management• Support other teams with various administrative tasks
